This fee is applied when we come and pick-up your computer for evaluation without any work being done or beyond repairable.

If there is a service required on your computer and you give us permission to go-ahead, then this evaluation fee will be waived (FREE).

If your Computer is running slow, drivers conflict, viruses, or you don't know what is wrong with it, we will diagnose and fix it for you for a flat rate.

      *This rate now includes Spyware, Malware and Adware removal.*

Complete Troubleshooting, Virus Scan, Scandisk, Defrag, Hardware Performance Check, Hardware Conflict, includes Windows installation if applicable. (Must be your copy of Windows)

Computer Peripherals Installation / Troubleshooting

If you bought a new Printer, Scanner, Digital Camera or other External Hardware and you don't know how to set it up or are having trouble setting it up. Please give us a call and we will set it up for you. This service has a Flat Rate and includes Software installation. If there is conflict with other hardware then we will charge you a Flat Rate for troubleshooting.

Computer Windows Repair / Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble Starting Windows, Windows Freezes at Boot Up, Registry Problems, VXD Problems, Blue Screen, New Hardware Conflict, Installation Troubleshooting or Having Trouble Setting up your Computer.

Computer Dial Up Internet Set-Up / Troubleshooting

Computer New DSL / Cable Set-Up plus Modem, Hub or Router Setup, includes 1 PC Setup

Hardware and Software is not included (i.e., Hub, Router, Ethernet Card, Cables, File Sharing, Printer Sharing, etc.). If you have more than one service being performed, then we will only charge you a Flat Rate.

Computer Windows Installation / Repair / Upgrade

This service includes a Free CD with your computer drivers updated, if applicable. All of your computer data will be saved. (Windows Only, serial # not included, except for manufactures CD recovery)

PLEASE NOTE:

 A successful installation is defined as the Computer booting up and showing the desktop with a Start button. All additional Programs will need to be reinstalled by user.

We do not provide tech support for Windows.
